30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt, proof of purchase, or other information that allows us to verify your order.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide a return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item.

Please note: Returns must be authorized before items are shipped back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the products we offer and want every order to arrive exactly as expected.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Special-order items

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product?

The quickest way to get the item you want is to request a return for your original purchase and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with any original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

This right applies regardless of our standard 30-day return policy, subject to any exceptions permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us.
